If you encounter any issues with the upgrade, please contact the Service Desk. If you are using a non-Fermilab Mac or Windows computer, you can manually download and install Cisco An圜onnect VPN client version 1 at before Oct.Once the upgrade is complete, you will need to manually reconnect to VPN.
If you are off-site and connected to VPN, you will be disconnected from VPN during the upgrade. 'Download the new Windows VPN Client 1 from the link below' anyconnect-win-1. If Cisco VPN client is installed, it will be upgraded to version 1. 12, you will need to leave your computers powered on, connected to the Fermilab network and logged off.
